Terms of service

Ogling lets you:

• Translate manga chapters into English with machine learning models
• Browse a catalog of anime, manga and shows, and read or watch what’s available
• Keep a library of titles you import and a list of titles you track
• Read about characters and chat with them
• Generate images and short videos from prompts

Features can change, be limited or be removed at any time.

You can sign in with Google or continue as a guest. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Guest accounts are tied to your browser session and can be lost if that session ends.

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and create. You give Ogling permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, including sending it to AI model providers to translate pages and produce chats, images and videos.

Only upload pages and material you have the right to use.

Don’t use Ogling to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights
• Create sexual content involving minors, or depict real people without consent
• Harass, threaten or impersonate others
• Access accounts or systems you’re not allowed to, or disrupt the service
• Scrape the service or get around its limits with automated tools
• Upload malware or other harmful code

We may remove content or suspend access when these rules are broken.

Translations, character replies and generated images and videos come from machine learning models. They can be inaccurate, strange or offensive. Check them before you rely on them or share them.

If you believe something on Ogling infringes your copyright, email legal@ogling.ai with “DMCA” in the subject and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• Where the material is on Ogling (a link is best)
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized
• A statement that your notice is accurate and that you may act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

If your material was removed and you think that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice with the same details, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Ogling is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available, free of errors, or work on every device.

You can stop using Ogling at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing legal@ogling.ai. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. When an account is closed we may delete its data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

To the extent the law allows, Ogling isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits, that come from using the service.

When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. Using Ogling after a change means you accept the updated terms.
