1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OGLING ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OGLING. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Service Description
OGLING is an AI-powered media streaming platform that provides:
- Streaming access to anime, K-dramas, movies, and television content
- AI-powered video upscaling and enhancement
- Real-time translation and subtitle generation
- Personalized watch history and watchlist features
- Search and discovery tools
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
You may use OGLING in two ways:
Authenticated Accounts
Sign in with Google OAuth to access full features including persistent watch history and watchlists.
Anonymous Sessions
Use the Service without an account. Data is temporary and may be migrated when you link to an authenticated account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.
5. Intellectual Property & DMCA
Third-Party Content
OGLING provides access to content that may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. The Service hosts third-party content, and OGLING does not claim ownership of such content.
OGLING is not responsible for the content available through the Service. Users access content at their own risk.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
OGLING respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on OGLING infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
To file a DMCA notice, send the following to legal@ogling.ai:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URL or specific location)
- Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- Statement that information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Include:
- Your contact information
- Identification of removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury that content was removed by mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction and service of process
- Physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
OGLING will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. User-Generated Data
You retain ownership of data you create on OGLING, including watch history, watchlists, and preferences.
By using the Service, you grant OGLING a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your data to provide and improve the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
7. AI Processing
OGLING uses artificial intelligence to enhance content through upscaling, translation, and other processing. By using the Service, you consent to:
- AI processing of content you stream
- Use of machine learning models to improve quality
- Real-time translation and subtitle generation
AI processing is performed automatically and may not always be accurate. OGLING does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-enhanced content.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
OGLING is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Availability of specific content
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- Performance or quality standards
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OGLING disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGLING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
OGLING's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently $0, as the Service is free).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OGLING, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OGLING operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
